Develop Confident and Effective Workplace Trainers

Good subject knowledge does not automatically make somebody a confident trainer. Teaching also requires planning, communication, inclusion, assessment and an understanding of how different people learn.

DTMK Training Services offers the Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Education and Training for people beginning or developing a role in teaching or workplace training.

The qualification provides an introduction to the responsibilities of a trainer and the principles involved in planning and delivering inclusive learning. It can be relevant to workplace trainers, vocational instructors, assessors, subject specialists and people preparing to teach within further education or adult learning.

Learners should review the complete course requirements before enrolling. The programme includes assessed work, so it is important to understand the expected commitment rather than selecting it simply because it is described as an introductory qualification.
