Booking a Course

Booking a course that is not currently scheduled

Not all our training courses appear as scheduled dates at our Milton Keynes venue. The courses shown in our booking system represent the most requested options, but all courses listed on the DTMK Training Services website are available to book.

If the course you are looking for is not currently scheduled, or if you would like training delivered specifically for your organisation, we offer a flexible booking process designed for businesses, schools, and community groups.

Empty training room prepared for a workplace course, showing a table, chairs, flip chart with charts, and training materials.

Training at your venue or one we arrange

We can deliver training at your own workplace or community venue, provided there is a suitable space for learning and practical assessment.

If you do not have access to an appropriate venue, we can also arrange a suitable local venue on your behalf. This allows organisations to access the same high quality training without the need to source facilities themselves.

When completing the booking request form, simply let us know your preferred location and we will advise on the most suitable option.

Courses available to book

Every course listed on our website can be delivered as a private or organisation only booking, even if it is not currently advertised as a scheduled date.

This includes first aid training, workplace courses, education and training qualifications, safeguarding training, and specialist courses.

Our scheduled courses are published based on demand and do not represent the full range of training we offer.

Minimum learner numbers

To run a course, we normally require a minimum of six learners. This helps ensure training remains cost effective while maintaining the quality and assessment standards required for regulated qualifications.

We understand that some organisations may not always have enough learners to meet this number.

Where possible, we may be able to:

  • Bring together two organisations with smaller numbers to form a single course, or

  • Deliver the course exclusively for your organisation, subject to a minimum charge equivalent to six learners

All options will be discussed with you before anything is confirmed.

How to request a course

To request a course that is not currently scheduled, please complete our booking request form. Once received, we will confirm availability, discuss venue options, finalise learner numbers, arrange bookings, and raise an invoice.

If you are unsure which course best meets your needs, or would like advice before submitting a request, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
