Certification

We live in a digital world, and your certificate should reflect that. Paper certificates can crease, fade, get mislaid, or never even reach you in the first place. By contrast, an electronic certificate is secure, convenient, and always at your fingertips.

At DTMK Training Services, we provide all certificates electronically as standard. Once your assessment is complete, your results have been verified, and all course fees are settled, we will issue your certificate without delay. For individual learners, certificates are sent directly by email. For workplace or group bookings, we send certificates to the course organiser for easy distribution.

For regulated qualifications, your certificate will be issued by our awarding organisation and delivered to you within 14 days. In practice, this is usually much faster. For certain qualifications, such as education and training awards, you may also receive a second document that details the individual units you achieved. This provides a precise record of the areas you were assessed against.

To give you complete confidence, certificates for regulated courses can be verified online through Qualsafe using their official portal: https://www.qualsafe.org/certificate-verification/. This ensures your achievement can be checked quickly and securely by employers, clients, or regulators.

Please note that for regulated courses, certification is only ever provided by the awarding organisation. We are not permitted to issue interim certificates or “proof of completion” letters before the awarding organisation has processed the results.
